An individual module for your solar installation<\/h2>\n

This offer supplies one specified 450 Wp photovoltaic module. Use a suitable inverter or charge controller to convert and use its output. In a battery system, solar energy passes through the designed charging equipment; choose storage capacity separately around consumption and required operating duration.<\/p>\n

PERC technology and 144 half-cut cells<\/h2>\n

BISTAR uses monocrystalline PERC cells, nine busbars and half-cut interconnection. The module contains 144 cells arranged 6 \u00d7 24. The GL-EN 2022.03.01 datasheet specifies 20.7 % efficiency and positive power tolerance of 0 to +5 W for the 450 Wp variant.<\/p>\n

Electrical data for selecting matching equipment<\/h2>\n

At STC, maximum-power voltage is 40.9 V and current 11.01 A. Open-circuit voltage is 49.6 V and short-circuit current 11.54 A. Check operating and short-circuit current, MPPT range and maximum string voltage at local temperatures against the actual inverter or controller.<\/p>\n

Output under NMOT conditions<\/h2>\n

Under defined NMOT conditions the module supplies 335 W, with MPP voltage of 38.2 V and current of 8.78 A. These conditions use 800 W\/m\u00b2 irradiance, 20 \u00b0C ambient temperature and 1 m\/s wind. The figures complement STC peak power in technical system assessment.<\/p>\n

Dimensions, frame and front glass<\/h2>\n

The selected design measures 2094 mm long, 1038 mm wide and 35 mm deep and weighs 23.5 kg. Its front is protected by 3.2 mm tempered glass with an antireflective coating. The silver anodised aluminium frame is secured in a suitable mounting system designed for the actual roof or structure.<\/p>\n

Temperature range and string design<\/h2>\n

Module operating range is \u221240 to +85 \u00b0C. Temperature coefficients are \u22120.36 %\/\u00b0C for power, \u22120.26 %\/\u00b0C for open-circuit voltage and +0.043 %\/\u00b0C for short-circuit current. Series-connected voltages add together, and string design accounts for the increase in cold weather. The manufacturer manual identifies the H variant for maximum system voltage of 1500 V DC.<\/p>\n

Cables, connectors and junction box<\/h2>\n

The IP68 junction box contains three bypass diodes. The manufacturer lists 4 mm\u00b2 cable, a standard 300 mm length or a length selected for the actual configuration. Listed connector options are T01, LJQ-3-CSY, MC4 and MC4-EVO2. Specify a particular matching connector version for the delivery and connections.<\/p>\n

Mechanical loading and mounting<\/h2>\n

The datasheet specifies mechanical loads of 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the rear. Mounting structure, attachment points and local roof loading are assessed together for the actual installation. An individual-module supply lets you select a suitable mounting system for the location.<\/p>\n

Long-term performance specified by Talesun<\/h2>\n

The manufacturer lists a 12-year quality warranty and a 25-year power warranty subject to its terms. The datasheet warranty curve allows maximum 2 % first-year degradation and then maximum 0.55 % annually, reaching 84.8 % after 25 years. Array power and stored energy<\/h2>\n
