5 kW for a designed off-grid power system<\/h2>\n

The Solarator-series Solis S6-EO1P5K-48-EU converts energy from photovoltaics and a low-voltage battery into single-phase 230 V power. Rated active and apparent power are 5 kW\/5 kVA, and the pure sine wave serves everyday electrical loads. The manufacturer specifies a 10 kVA surge and 200% overload for 10 seconds. System design separates continuous simultaneous loads, brief peaks and required operating time. Battery energy in kWh is selected separately, allowing the inverter to be paired with storage sized for the actual energy requirement.<\/p>\n

Charge from solar,the grid or a generator<\/h2>\n

The solar charger supports up to 6.5 kW of PV input and up to 100 A of battery-charging current. The AC charger uses the grid and generator ports. For the 5 kW model, the current datasheet specifies 7 kW maximum AC input,30 A input current and 80 A battery-charging current. These are different electrical quantities: AC input current is distinct from DC battery current. Charging can be planned around available sunshine, grid power or a suitable generator. A fast-charging mode can be activated with one command.<\/p>\n

One MPPT with two string connections<\/h2>\n

The PV side has one MPPT controller and two string connections. Each input is listed at 16 A, and the short-circuit limit is 40 A. Maximum input voltage is 500 V, rated voltage 360 V, start-up 90 V and the MPPT range 90\u2013430 V. Strings are designed using the actual module voltage, low-temperature voltage rise and parallel current. The same calculations apply to roof-mounted panels and a solar carport. The structure supports modules, the modules generate, the battery stores and the inverter produces AC power.<\/p>\n

48 V battery class and an actual BMS profile<\/h2>\n

The battery side operates at 40\u201360 V and supports lithium-ion or lead-acid batteries according to settings. Charging and discharging limits are 100 A and 5 kW; achievable system output also depends on actual battery voltage, current capability and BMS control. The current datasheet lists CAN communication. Pairing checks the actual battery model and supported communication profile, in addition to the physical connection. Separately choosing storage capacity helps match evening use, a working shift or weekend energy demand.<\/p>\n

Operating visibility and expansion<\/h2>\n

LCD and Bluetooth support local monitoring. This supplier configuration includes an S5-WIFI-ST Wi-Fi stick; the technical table identifies further data and control interfaces. A dry contact supports connected control equipment. The manufacturer supports priority management of two backup loads, AC coupling and parallel operation of up to six units according to system design. Six 5 kW inverters provide up to 30 kW of system power; voltage, phase arrangement, battery configuration and protection are designed for the actual installation. Actual load and stored energy remain the basis for a smaller system as well.<\/p>\n

The 340 \u00d7495 \u00d7170 mm unit weighs 14.1 kg. IP21 protection informs selection of a suitable sheltered installation location. The inverter ambient range is \u221210 to +60 \u00b0C, with storage at \u221225 to +60 \u00b0C. The connected battery has its own operating conditions. Integrated protection covers output overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, surge and temperature. The range also offers optional AFCI2.0 arc detection according to configuration.
